Our Chardonnay was fermented using two different yeasts. Slow fermentation and lees contact produced a Chardonnay with complex citrus flavours and a lingering creamy after-taste. To be enjoyed with Mediterranean style dishes or simply on its own as a refreshing aperitif.
The distinctive character of the Sauvignon Blanc is complimented perfectly by the structure of the Semillon, leaving flavours of lime zest and grapefruit on the nose and creamy lemon on the palate.
Made from the Shiraz grape, this Rosé intrigues and charms with a delightful and promising pink colour fulfilled in a bouquet of red berries and interesting nuances of sweet spice.
As tradition keeps, this Semillon spent 18 months in new and second fill French barrels. A young palate with a body of promising aging potential.
